Them any member that get gold from him should be banned since them not even warned you, don't have time to check all players that take gold so only will be banned Joseph_ that get gold from him several times in the game even look like he was asking for it any other replay with Icemon or Joseph_ is invalid.
And yes you should check for problems like this from now on, tell your friends to never do something similar and they should tell you if they see something weird on the game.
