| Hi there,
I was wondering if faceless is still the only one dropping this item? Also wound Arthas's illusion work with the item spawning more illusions?
Also any idea of drop chance?

| He is the only one as far as i know; don't think illusions can spawn more illusions.
Also i'd estimate the drop chance around 10 % (but our notes are from a few versions ago, so could be changed now)
