| Tricks can be officially gotten through Exchange Points, there are a few ways to get Exchange Points but primary way is to go to "Quests" subforum and look at the challenges presented there, complete one of them and submit a replay. If it's a valid replay, eventually it will be judged as such and you get the points for the quest.
