| well the centaur has two skills the explosive arrow and another one which i dont remember the name but when you use it at last level it has a 100% chance of refreshing the Explosive Arrow CD but sometimes when you use it, it doesnt do it, i think its still has like 60% chance only instead of 100% how it says. Maybe Explosive Arrow works another way but if not thats a bug i suppose.
